Info i've been able to scrounge up about killroy (This is old info from the time of killroys creation, cannot guarantee accuracy)
Base time: 100 seconds
Talent drops: Talent drops are based on the quantity of talent drops you have received. The more you get, the longer it takes to get another. They have a set order in which they drop and are guaranteed.
Skulls: Have scaling rng based on number of kills. The better you get at killroy the more this becomes a waste of points. As the scaling has a flat rate .025 after 474 kills.
So 1 point in talent points and around 20 in skulls.

Speculation
Pearls and Dungeon drops are likely the same, though Im making assumptions. A few points into those and then the rest should go into time or respawn. (do not know how they compare yet)

yes 5s is 5s, but that still seemed like a huge difference in kills when comparing 150s vs 155s a 3.33% increase in time, yet like 20-30% more kills

IMO, you should get:
Mining, Choppin, Fishing, Catching for samples. That's 4.
Construction (personal minimum, family recommended too). That's 5.
Worship and Trapping are the least effective of the skilling obols. I still like them. That's 7.
DR set makes 8.
The last 2 characters then can hold whatever. I just made 2 more DR sets.

1. Get Goat God -> Put your guys into Lab with Goat God to get Lab XP and Divinity XP + Points at the same time. Try to unlock the last Gods over time
2. Maestro to Vman is really good!
3. Getting everyone atleast gold tools and improving armor (Chizoar is good for now, don't craft Lustre!) + Weapons is a good step
4. Especially focus on Alchemy and 3D Prints. Alchemy is your best friend in this game
5. Look at every mechanic of previous worlds and see where you can improve. Stamps, Post office, Construction, Worship, Trapping, Breeding, Cooking
6. Check W5 skills from time to time. If possible every 2-4 hours. When your Boats are ready to be claimed

The number of times a stats rolled is determined by the tier, and the strength of stats are determined by the tier and then scaled based on your highest construction level.
