I might be misunderstanding what you're saying.

If you take a sample while linked to snake god, then that sample will be frozen in time. You can change links and gear and whatnot and that recorded sample will not be altered until you choose to use the ability to resample and overwrite the old value.

Alright. One last question about UI. I'm linked to the Bear on a character and that says I should be active in the Lab. But I go to the Lab on another character and it is showing the first character inactive. Is there something I need to do or is that probably just visual bug?

Slide the bar for the lab around a bit to make it update its UI.

Characters that have bear sign should appear connected but with a new blue mark next to their heads to indicate that they're contributing to lab but not truly floating in the tube.

There's this bonus from gaming about getting 1/5th of all prayer bonuses without downsides if you haven't equipped any prayers. So you could get some extra DR from this prayer without the enemies getting more hp

So there is a concept that people need to understand for this game.
You can sit there and keep running headfirst into a progression wall. Eventually, you will break through. But it will take a very long time.
However, you could spend that time on earlier content to upgrade your account to a point where the progression grind isn't nearly as long.

Why spend a month pushing slowly when you can come back to it after two weeks of upgrades and finish it in a day?

Start with Skill upgrades. Shaquracy and FMJ are great as well.
Bubbles that increase your farming are essential. After that, upgrade the ones that help you push portals/damage.

It takes virtually nothing to get them to level 40-50. That's a huge improvement to your resources. Then you can take them higher.

isaac looking at your ie either some of your chars are in liquid cauldrons of that you have not used the p2w tab. With the amount of bubbles you have ignore the liquid cauldrons and just farm the reg cauldrons

you can either get like 2-3 portals in w5 max in 2 weeks, or you can go back and use your not lab/div c haracters and farm materials for bubbles, skilling, etc and clean up the basics we've talked about and you'll progress like 10x faster
