Some things like chips will say "If you are under x% like 175% move speed" then you are now 175%.

To get past that, you just need to naturally gain more than 175% move speed.
So you may have like 112% or 150% or whatever move speed, and any move speed you gain wont be visible as you are still under 175%, until you get past that
also pretty sure lab chip was like +30% if under 170% not 175%, so not sure what the 175% was

Your DK had 190% pure (uncapped) movement speed and so it saw a jump to 230%

your other characters had 175% capped (impure) movement speed. from the 174% number you said, it sounds like they had 134% pure movement speed + at least 41% impure or “capped” movement speed. So when you upgraded the statues, their pure movement speed went to 174% with at least 1% capped movement speed to finally 175%
