Mantra works a bit differently compared to other Divinity styles. The gains of having all ten characters on mantra will not visually show up in neither afk info screen, nor afk claim screen.

In order for your characters to get their fair share of shared exp, you start by first claiming the afk time of a mantra character. The game, upon claiming afk mantra time, will then calculate what should be sent to the rest of your characters. However, that shared exp also does not show up on the remaining characters afk claim screen, but it does get added to your divinity exp bar none the less!
The easiest way to make sure mantra is working for you is to claim all afk time on all mantra characters, and watch your exp bars on the rest of your characters go up.

(Shared exp from the bubos lab talent also works the same way! Gotta claim your bubo first to let the game know how much exp should be shared)

It basically doesn't matter that much though. Even without completing all the dreams, filling the bar enough times to buy EVERY possible upgrade is less than 4 months

So any dream that only speeds up the fill rate as a reward.. 🤷 Lessens the amount of time down to 2-3 months instead

so clearing them means you can progress to the more productive ones

take into account mages get bonus exp from the specialized skill exp talent too so your other chars will have a bit less exp gain anyway. when you tested did you try checking the other chars exp multi before speccing into shared beliefs and then again after?

umm it's doable when you do it

for some it can take a long time if your damage is not high enough, others one shot the boss because they've invested time in their account

it's how all the bosses are honestly, eventually you one shot them without thinking
