Just check Damage ingame, or afk info gains for afk rate. None of the things you mentioned would really matter tbh as there's too many variables, even map size plays a part in stuff like afk info.

14 is probably overkill in most cases just due to the sheer time investment but even getting like 60-70% off on a meal can help push us a good bit

Each meal level takes ~7-8x as much as the previous level.
At best you can squeak 1-2 levels further than you could normally pump, if you max the bonus to 14 stacks.

It's still something, but a modest and slow bonus for 2 weeks of waiting.

I'm still unsure on nugget. It's guaranteed gains but the guarantee is only a very small increase to your current nugg.

Where the nugg buff really shines is if you're on a really high buff streak then hit the jackpot, which will result in a greatly inflated jackpot nugg.

This is still hugely RNG heavy - infact it makes top-end nuggs even more RNG heavy than they were before

I think where nugg buff will really shine is mid-range jackpots, where you hit high but not the very top end. These will be inflated by the buff and result in some nuggs which are comparable to the original top-end nuggs now
