No, an afk claim can only smelt one forge cap worth, with current mk you can get on mobs, you only need like 30 secs to cap a one forge filling

As it stands right this second, 2dk is better.
This is primarily because of the importance of construction. The non-active DK gets better EXP (technically the active one gets worse). You can get around this by playing active BB but this is a terrible idea. Two DKs lets you max out your build speed
2BB also has a bug with super chows not working properly on one of them. Which one depends on what device you're playing on (PC: 2nd bb works, mobile: 1st bb works)

So
0-99 Orb stacks is the % chance for a 2nd roll on drops for a kill
100+ Orb stacks would guarantee a 2nd roll
100-199 is essentially 1 extra roll guaranteed with 2nd roll chance.
200+ would guarantee a 3rd roll
200-299 is the guarantee 3rd roll with a chance at 4th roll
etc.
All rolls using your DR, this is what makes DK so strong for crystals, as you are essentially getting multiple rolls per kill. It's not really increasing DR but rather rolling multiple drops (which essnetially does increase your rate of getting rares faster)

Short answer: no. At only 6 stacks, you're looking at a 6% chance for double loot. Whereas your Jman, I'm sure, has 60% or higher chance. (Not to mention Jman has the ONLY source of increased DR inside rare bags specifically)

Screenshots with questions help a lot. Assuming you're talking about the tier treats, they increase odds for higher-quality pets and reduce the odds for lower-quality pets. There is no option NOT to use them.
It's a semi-issue because the highest tier treat, tier 5, sets White-tier companions to 0%. If you somehow managed to not roll one of them, you're just locked out 😂

IMPORTANT: have atom cost reduction when you're starting to produce atoms
- loot capacity. sailing artifacts are main w5 progression
- w5 skill xp. you'll be sitting on divinity for a while, and skill levels help so its good to get it started early
- respawn. portals get huge in w5
- boss armor. recommended to save 5 points in preparation for boss armor, that way you'll be able to unlock all the pieces without having to do additional tasks
- tab4 talent points and star talent: you might be low on elite tab talent points and stats when you're new to w5 but there are other sources. you can prioritize these over boss armor if you're not confident in crafting later armor

Anything you craft directly into your inventory, or receive as a quest reward directly into your inventory, doesn't get counted.
