wait for the trade you can easily farm (like say island 1), send everyone to island 1 and make trade or open more chests to reduce/increment the trade offer as the trade is based on how much you own that trade item

Your Trade depends on how much u have of that specific resource. So trading materials and refreshing map (going to gem shop, changing map and coming back) refreshes your trade. If you are above 777 you try to lower your amount of resources. If you are below 777 you try to get resources via chests (u open 1-2 chests and refresh map)
You can check Idleon Toolbox to see what trades you are getting and can prepare

reduces overall exp requirement for a random skill as you kill crystals. there is a cap on it and after you reach the cap on it you can't reduce it on that skill further (you can still reduce the exp on other skills that aren't capped). the smart thing is to reach ccd cap on skills, then level up those skills and get to w/e skill exp % you need to then go kill crystals again, because as you reach the ccd cap again it will level up your skills, essentially making this process faster.

That first shield needs to let the first refiller survive. Once you have that just turn on auto and it finishes.

Even if that first refiller dies, it doesn't matter.

You're already at a part where the shields will cover your second

And then auto your way to victory.
