depends on what you need, I'd assume you're early w5 so put some people dedicated in lab with goat to keep leveling div and push gods. it's good to unlock them all. whatever you don't want to stay in lab use arctis to make sure you have 5 people in lab to connect everything. nobi on whoever is pushing or for gmush / pushing deathnote elephant on people you don't have on any of those others.

there'll certainly be some bubbles better than others, just on nature of how it works

you focus on bubbles which are easy to level because some are very hard. There's a lab bonus that levels your lowest level bubbles automatically, so leaving the hard things means all your bubbles increase

You are bottlenecking yourself... NEVER EVER SEND ALL BOATS FROM LEFT TO RIGHT
By Sending all your boats to the lowest island and not doing anything big, you will run out of low stuff to do, meaning only your fast boats will be useful later on for those high islands since the slowies cant compete at all.

Idk why you're ignoring the higher islands as much, but crystal steak would help a lo and that's 2 islands away and still in a 2h range for you.

Send your fastest boats to high islands, and your leftover slow boats can cleanup low stuff.
