Yea my goal when I went into this idle state was pushing everyone to lvl 100~ on all skills to get max from the rift bonus on skill mastery.

But I had 3/4 chars on rift to grind afk kills.. and I didn't wanna bring them out of it if I could keep pushing rift so some chars have been on rift grind for 40+ days now I think lol

Each color corresponds to a cauldron. The number on the left is the level of a bubble and the number on the right is the bonus you receive from the bubble at that level

left you got the bubble and lets say you look at mage is best second purple bubble its saying to 90% the bubble cost max is 3X you need to level it at 400

The idea is that most of the bubbles have a cap that they cant ever exceed

For example the second bubble in the first 3 cauldrons all soft cap at 3x so no matter how much you level the bubble you will not actually reach that point

The sheet in that picture is designed to help guide what levels you aim for with bubbles by giving you goal levels that are based on those max numbers

Those numbers in that pic are set to 90% of the max value so for the 3x bubble that would be 2.8x so it tells you what level you need to reach 2.8x on that bubble

And when you get to that level you will have gained 90% of the max power that bubble can ever provide you
