You'd lose a lot, but not all. I think most people hold onto some ladles after doing a turkey upgrade just to earn back some of the ones they spent and keep a lot of the power 10 bonus active

Enough speed pots to run back and forth to kill moles. Only attack the boss after you clear all the moles with your aoe.
Vman nkattle is annoying, but clearing moles shouldn't be your biggest problem. You can use directional keys to move and "r"-button (?) to attack the moles if clicking with a mouse isn't doing it for you

Multikill doesnt really matter for money. You would want jawbreaker and midas on even if you lose multikill
