step 2) once you hit resitence on leveling go kill a bunch of crystals till exp drops to like 30% of what it was
step 3) do a round of skilling. finish the current level off and put 30%into the next level
step 40) repeat step 2, you will automatically hit the skill levels you put 30% into. continue to reduce the cap down to 30% again, now repeat from step 2
