Start by clearing all maps with everyone. That'll put you at level 250+ with everyone. Sailing is teleport back to w5 to claim every 2 hours. Breeding is teleport back to roll pets and claim spices once a day mostly. Cooking is claim whenever you want as the progress spikes after certain progression based advancements. Gaming is available in the codex and can be clicked on/at anytime, divinity is afk grind only to level 40 then you unlock the ability to grind it passively. and after you know all about that, shove people in the lab 6 at a time to grind them to level 75 to get max benefit.
