Yes, there's a chance at each growth cycle that they upgrade. Starts low and you need to spend bits to upgrade it over time

You might fail and start over somewhere in there, but overall it's supposed to take less time if that happens than if you wait until 100% every time

Skilling is a mix between cook/lab rings vs spiked rex ring, at a certain effy the spikede is better. (same here, in some situations the skill afk ring may be better)

The TLDR is, your XP multiplier is so low that you won't hit level 60 (or 80) div before getting the core gods anyways, so you are halving your points to unlock gods for no reason when using something like vitalic compared to focusing on Focus stance first to get the gods.

Thing is that ES benefits much more from high damage than DK, so you probably focus on him

Rift 8 mobs only have 11M health, so with 10M max damage you'll easily one shot them all even with lvl 1 talents. So you can gain some points from there (like the Weapon Power gaming talent, you can drop it)
