Use all the coin cards, they are a big multiplier. Max out both crystal rate cards, double them if you can. Juice up the crystal spawn stamp. Park some ES and SB at gmush for ages.

Then find the latest map you can easily OHKO everything on, which depends heavily on game progress. Using the money prayer is great if you can still OHKO with it.
