V1R0 - Lenna (Svarog or any SMG will do on Leva team, Vector sig is now more situational with Jiangyu's rework leaving Ksenia on the fence. If you lack damage anyhow, Ksenia with her Blazing Assault and Burn debuff application allows Leva to run Vector key netting her 13% ATK% from Vector common and 15% ATK% from Blazing Assault. This will outweigh Mosin's own personal damage as the fifth slot.)
V0R0/V0R1 - Jiangyu (Rework has made her an insane support for Leva and electric teams in general, she has the much needed defense down 2 application, voltage tile generation, personal stability damage, positive and negative charge application, ignore portion of enemy defense for allies, increases both crit rate and crit damage for all allies. This rework has made her V0 a must pull support for electric teams.)
Can skip R1 if you have R5+ GM/Planeta
Borrow Unit V6R0/R6 - Leva Someone's gotta pull V6R6 but will mainly be borrow unit for most people
Borrow Unit V0/V6R1 - Robella (V0 damage is pretty subpar, need V6 if you want to make her work. Post Alva release she has gotten much better and is worth investing into if you want to play ice. Extremely potent damage, given the correct setting and potentially with the release of newer ice units. Sig is still relatively under tuned as Svarog exists but can be worth an R1 if you want more team wide damage.)
V0/V3/V6R1 - Lainie (Physical Sub DPS/Support for Voymastina. Provides decent personal damage and overpen. 20% overpen at V0 and 40% in total at V3 for Voymastina)
V1/V3/V6R1 - Florence (A mix of a support with offensive capabilities, fully functional out of the box at v0 but would recommend getting V1 or V3 to increase the duration and uptime of her buff and summon. Not a priority to pull dupes for.)
Borrow Unit V1/V3/V6R1 - Lind (One of the best characters for Deichgraf 2, highly suggest getting V1R1 minimum if not V6. Provides a huge boost to Klukai’s damage by detonating her DoT and also being able to trigger ALL of V6 Peritya’s Support Attacks. Ult provides a buffet full of tier 2 debuffs to take advantage of.)
V0/V2/V6R1 - Alva (One of the best low investment units. At V0, Alva is able to dish out upwards of 1M damage and potentially more. At V2 which is her major dupe breaking point, Alva grants CI to ice allies upon using her ultimate which works in conjunction with Robella. Alva's release has provided ice with their much needed respite. I would consider Robella and Alva the Tololo and Springfield of ice.)
Borrow Unit V3/V6R6 - Voymastina (Currently the strongest borrow unit without needing much support from her other allies. Keep in mind that Voymastina heavily suffers from high stability bosses as seen from Tumor vods. Optimally wants to be paired with Yoohee, Lainie, Lind, and Klukai to maximize overpen.

Klukai: Corrosive Infusion 15 stacks (15%)
Lind: Fixed Key 3 (15%)
Yoohee: Never Give Up 4 stacks (60%) + Yoohee sig (10%)
Lainie: Precognition Foresight V3 (20%) + Precognition Perception V3 (20%)
Voymastima: Predation Protocol (50% on next active attack after max CI) + Frightened (40%) + Mastiff's Vow V6 (125%) + Voymastima sig (R1 20% - R6 45%)
Voy R1: 355% out of turn, 405% ult.)
Borrow Unit V6R1 - Lewis
(Lewis does not function well whatsoever at V0 so it is not worth mentioning. You can think of her as a QJ on steroids at V6, she works best with unironically not mono Burn but in mixed teams but primarily hydro ones. Tololo and Nikketa are her best friends at proccing her Fumos as they have multiple actions.)
