you are thinking with a genshin brain
wuwa energy generation is very different from genshin's
in wuwa there are no energy particles to "funnel" . each action (except ults) have their own fixed energy generation value. this is teamwide and regardless of element.
this goes down to individual action level
so if a skill has multihit properties each hit has its own energy value
this is also unaffected by talent levels
the only thing that modifies this is the character's energy generation so the received energy will get modified by the er% they have
hakushin has the data for all of this
if you are interested in calcing necessary energy reqs
based on your team and actions
you can copy the tables into a sheet and make your own calcs and required energy
maygi sheet used to have this too so it was easier to use that but idk if it's being updated by someone since she quit

in terms how many particles are generated
which is so fking annoying
so you generally wanna overshoot on energy just to be on the safe side
but in wuwa if you have a set rotation in mind you can replicate that everytime due to fixed energy values
and overshooting on energy is only needed if you cant guarantee the same rotation (which is most players tbh) so i always recommend going a bit higher on energy
especially in the case of supports whose dmg is not as crucial as having their ults up

- fill forte, proc forte to go into air mode, 3combo skill that gives him stacks into big nuke ult based on stacks
- cant quickswap cause he loses all his ult stacks on swap
- has ranged aerial parry with air dodge
without animations this is hard to judge
but he has lots of movement

- strong heals + parry stance that nullifies all damage for 1 hit + stuns on hit
- teamwide 20% def
- poise to onfield unit (unknown if it's full poise)
- teamwide 25% all type dmg amp
- teamwide 50% break buildup rate
- teamwide 25% atk from echo set
- +1 strain stack limit
- limit damage taken to 30% of max hp 3 times + 1 autorevive (every 5 min only)
- 40% teamwide dmg bonus (or 40% enemy vuln, this is not clear yet) when rupture break or strain break happens (but needs someone else who inflicts the debuff cuz she cant do it herself so lynae/amy/luuk, her s1 lets her debuff too)
