yes yinlin wants the new set. it's a 2.5% atk loss in terms of buff however it doesnt need you to activate the echo itself thus it doesnt fuck with yinlin's rota anymore. it also boosts her damage by a TON. the problem is waved content where heron buff lasted thru waves but the new set will not cause you wont be swapping back to yinlin to reapply coord attacks, but this is a minor issue and mostly overworld AND xy related. everybody else doesnt care for yinlin outro that much anyway.
