Disregarding the people who don't have the time, it is skill issue. Sure they can learn it and with enough luck they can do it. But, some people either can't or don't want to bother executing their team's efficient rotation especially when it has techs like swap cancels. Then, there's the RNG aspect, even assuming good echoes, enemy behavior or "your camera not malfunctioning" that adds to the frustrating experience, the "not fun type". Finally, there's a short time limit that amplifies the frustration or makes it "not fun". The reason I am lazy to do it in the first place.

it's one of my issues with pgr's combat too. character designs are amazing in terms of their combo variance but theres always that one best combo and since we are running against the clock i have no option to do the other - more fun - combo cuz it's not optimal
and pgr gets this even worse than wuwa cause in pgr you get score pts based on time left while in wuwa u just have to clear within a set time and you get the same rewards as if you have cleared in faster than the minimum requirement
also if someone doesnt wanna bother with optimal rotations or pay attention to bosses or dodging...yea just go play genshin

The combat is definitely more intense like you have to pay attention to whatever the boss is doing while you're in burst cutscene or you might just get hit when the iframe ends
