rundown of banners:
themed event construct (the new character banner) - 60 pulls for 100% - limited time, not selectable rateup - uses yellow cards

arrival construct - basically the "standard" banner for S ranks but you can select your rateup out of 3 at a period and you have a 80/20 rate in 60 pulls - uses yellow cards

target weapon - permanent, selectable weapon banner with all weapons including the new one, 80/20 rate 30 pull pity - this is where we pull weapons but since there's no time limit on it you can do it whenever u secured the char u needed - uses red cards

base banner - another "standard" banner with A rank rateups and every past S rank in it with a 60 pity for random S rank and 10 pity for A ranks. The A rank rateup isselectable with a 80% rateup - uses purple cards that you get from missions/dailies etc.

CUB banner - some pet that gives bonuses (similar to ELFs in hi3, whale stuff mostly)

any banner with Fate in its name should be ignored
