651 Def, Max Level, Trust & Module Y.

Shining boost flat 140 with Module X max.

Skalter boost 199.8 under Shining and S2 M3.

Hoshiguma with Module X boosts Defender by 11%.

Under Module Y, Blemi additionally gains a 15% damage reduction. S3 M3 also further boosts defense by 60%.

Finally, under Lin's S2 affect, apparently it's like another +200 defense?
