eh you can ignore omens pretty much. the main point is to have a team that can deal 20+ hits per turn and have an ally that does not move (you can ignore all this too if you wanna power thru but i dont think you want to do that). esta fills the not moving req, cagrisse is there for fat def, heals, dispel, clear, skill dmg and crit (which lets you skip building crit in the grid). so your flex 3rd should be someone who helps with the 20 hits (tho i think this should be pretty trivial alrdy overall) or provides additional defensive stuff so you can last longer. delay is also handy
