Usually, you just get one shot on the spot if you hit them if they're not debuffed, and that's the crux of the matter.

Since nm 250 always has a dispel cancel at 50% along with debuff resist

You can't rely on summons either with good timing

You need to be resistant enough to laugh at a full brunt force attack of a nm 250 boss not debuffed for it to be consistent

And that's hella rare

So, you need to be able to reduce whatever condition there is to the stacks

This time it was 40 hits

Who knows what it'll be next

Maybe enough TAs? Enough skill damage?

The real question is if that'll fit fraux's fighting style

She is likely to work because she does work for things, ougi and skill damage

But I believe esser may be just more important due to perma debuffs
