#How do I make this sound? Fuzzy sweep thing

Okay I can probably clone the LFO filter sweep and distortion part. but the second bit totally fuzzes out the tone while dropping the... filter cutoff? pitch? both? and I have no idea how to pull that off. halp pl0x I will give you 10 million internets
