theres two main mechanics that are useful for her, shes particularly good in focused encounters a few turns in

tianjiu starblade is an effect similar to charge that if she has 10 of shes able to use her advanced skill 3

and to get tianjiu starblade, you want to use her defense called assist defense

that she gets from either her skill 3 or her defense skill

so all you gotta do is leave one attack completely unopposed and have faust clashing a different skill with either her skill 3 or defense

and eventually

once shes above 10 tianjiu starblade, she uses her s3-2 every turn

unless theres only one clashable skill

however it is pretty easy to mess up her setup in certain situations

heishou yi sang is a phenominal tank and does pretty good damage, rupture unit, would work well with faust and has a similar guard = buff mechanic

lord hong lu i dont know if hed work well witn most of your team since he works mainly well with the heishous, but he does good damage and clashes good, and does 2-3 individual attacks with his s3, strong s2, but his guard retreats heishous, you seem to also lack a hong lu 3 star, works well with mao faust, rupture

multicrack faust, this will replace your mao faust, but it will allow you to get envy resonance a lot more with your guard if you uptie 4 it and take out yi sang and replace meur with middle and instead doubleslot kira ishmael, if you get her it probably wont be much for damage but it will propel your team WHEN DON AND AND SINCLAIR ARE UPTIE 4, charge (NONE OF YOUR TEAM HAVE THIS)

he has team synergy when he has don, faust is optional but i dont use her
