I think I would rather eat 50 kg of cyanide covered rocks than do anything besides a phone call on a phone, so the difference is that one of them is on a tiny screen that you see even less of because your fingers are in front of it, and the other one is a normal computer program

that said...

try Reaper, and if you have already and didn't like it because of the interface, you can customize the heck out of it. by today there are sufficiently good free plugins for everything that you don't need to buy the brand-name stuff

@stark inlet the mobile version is very akin to garage band instead of a full daw

It's been a while since I used it but iirc there are only like 10 tracks

Automations are really hard and inconvenient to do since you have to put them in as pillars instead of curves

You have like 5 stock plugins and can't add any 3rd party ones. The stock ones are very very limited

And finally the piano roll is super finicky and annoying to work with. It's like impossible to move notes

Overall I would say only use the mobile version if you really can't use the pc version
