I didn’t know exactly what it did at first, but after research, it’s the option under the “All Songs” list all the way to the left. You get a certain score threshold and it gives you a badge. The number (in my case 45) is the total of the three difficulties you choose. So highest you can get is 48 i believe
There is a special one for getting Phi (Perfect 3 million) across all songs, a rainbow badge of sorts

but there are some very hard boss songs that require 3 or more
but they're few and far between
the multifingers in Arcaea are also a lot easier than those in Phigros, usually holding at least one finger in one place unmoving, so they wouldn't really offer much practice for Phigros lmfao
hell, when I unlocked my first AT difficulty (Territory Battle I think) I barely got a B since I was so unprepared for Phigros' multifingers lmao
if anything Phigros introducing me to OverRapid is what made me get better at multifingers since OverRapid is 4k and 6k
