Fun fact: There is a new housing development in Swords for 600 houses, this is amazing because we are in a housing crisis. Fungal county council countered their permission to build it saying they could build 200 now and the remaining 400 when the metro was built.

We are in the middle of a housing crisis and the county council is trying to reject houses being built claiming they should wait until something that could very well take like 10 years minimum to build to be built.
