usually you can find companies that will make them from a design you give them - so I'm a badge and scarf/necker designer with 13 badges and 2 scarfs that've been used for national and international events. I will design the badge/necker and then send off my artwork to the company i use and they will produce the stuff in their factories and then i send the invoice to the scout organisation and tadaa!

Plus shipping, and 21% VAT when importing

Including shipping and taxes, it ended up costing €7,64 per necker for an order of 21 neckers (with our first order)
