so like, in the us, my employer withholds a certain amount of money from my paycheck and sends it to the IRS and then gives me a form stating how much they withheld and how much they paid me when its time for me to do my taxes. this is a w2 and its how many hourly employees are paid.

other countries do not do this the same way and now for every country you hire from, you have to know the tax laws of that country and how it works and get set up to do that. which is worth it for some companies if they're hiring a lot of people from that country. usually not worth it to get one person when there are people in your country who can do the job, too

The fact it was so empty and Ghost heartbeat sounds didn't happen until you were in LOS and the footstep sounds occluded between floors meant that you could just "bump" into the ghost round the corner in an empty corridor. I did watch a duo play the new update and it’s awful. You can see the book being opened. I feel the point of Phas has now gone ‘too realistic’ it didn’t need changing imo. Customisation yes but have it so character could be third or first person to see and give people the choice

From what I saw from Insym's stream, the responsiveness of items isn't too far off from current. Smudges and such trigger immediately and only a couple items seem to need a second at most before they deploy. Quick swap photos still seems to work, too
