Just my 2 cents and feedback:

NGL as someone who's studied 3D game design and character animation in University, and Academy.
As someone who has worked for 6 years in the VFX industry doing Animation and Rotoanim.
As a 20 years gamer.

This animation update looks really, really bad visually and should've never gone past QA.

And no I don't need to play the game to see something looks bad visually. Animations and visual aspects are unrelated to gameplay and playing the game will make no difference.

in VFX your animations get judged by a preview you render in 4K.
the Head of VFX doesn't sit down on your machine and play the animations. Same rule applies to this game.

Fact is, the finger animations and placements on some of the items needs to be fixed/modified.
The left hand needs to be taken away from the screen, it takes up too much space for no reason. This was a completely unnecessary addition that adds nothing of quality to the gameplay or visuals. Add a button to toggle the watch, and flashlight, move the hand up and down.

Also as a general rule when it comes to Game Design, you want to immerse the player by letting them experience the visuals/ events/ cutscenes/ gameplay uninterrupted, having two massive hands taking up 30% of your screen punches out most players from the immersion.
