keep gathering the other two pieces of evidence you can obtain. Spirits typically show EMF Level 5, Ghost Writing, and respond on the Spirit Box. Without the box, focus on getting EMF 5 and Ghost Writing. If you have those two plus no other ghost-specific signs (such as freezing temperatures for a Demon or Wraith, or D.O.T.S for others), it is very likely a Spirit.
