Theres hundreds of players dealing with this issue out there and Vivox is known for it. Vivox single handled killed playerbases for old games. If you look through the discord here and Reddit there’s lots of people with the same problem. Hell when we first played the game when it came out on Xbox it was fine. Then it started happening. Then it fixed for a couple months and now it’s been bugging for a long long time.

Ok. This game has to be bugged. Since when do Jinns have the same sanity effect as a Oni and manifest just as much? Never got UV, but also never got DOTS. Off how much sanity we kept losing and how many times it kept manifesting I assumed Oni. End mission screen says Jinn. I'm calling lies.

I'm talking it manifested around 6 times. It dropped us 20% sanity within 1 minute of manifesting roughly.

Like on my successful apoc 3 run i had an obambo on the right side of the map (at the end of the long hallway) and my objectives were ghost photo, emf photo and something else that was also simple like incense/motion sensor

i have cleanse the area, prevent ghost from hunting and capture vid of a ghost. And i got vid cuz of event, got my photo on same event and cleansed the area

so i just need to wait near the exit for him to try to hunt

easiest objectives for apoc 3 are probably emf photo, photo of ghost, motion sensor, both incense objectives and parabolic mic

I usually see event, crucifix and x unique videos/sounds as a restart

not unique photos since you can take a photo of a ghost, emf reading, and the bone which seems to always be on the same spot

Parabolic are definitely helpful to know when its a banshee. Just listen out for any screams when using it and boom you'll know

You can. If you specifically want to see if it teleports to you, you can also just place the motion sensor where you are, or place an emf with you (a wraith teleporting will give off an emf 2). For stalking ghosts (like banshee or phantom) you can place a motion sensor between you and the ghost room and see if it activates often, since they don’t always get all the way to you

It is. Mimics can also mimic a demon and hunt way earlier than you expect. It makes them hard to deal with because you never know how they might act.

I had a mimic once only doing fake orb and uv after 30min still he was mimicing a full banshee, i of course lost the round and was so annoyed after that one

I think its quiet rare now but yea mimics that take way to long to show anything and getting stuck with mimicing basically one ghost are the worst

Also let's talk about yurei and how somtimes its currently almost impossible to be 100% correct about them bec they don't correctly interact with doors
