depends on your preference. t2 UV is the glowstick, which has an advantage of not being detectable when held because it's not an electronic.

Ik for one thing If you're using something that's treated as a controller. like a steam deck or azeron keypad. The game can't go between using controller and keyboard.

I tried using a controller joystick to look around with the steamdeck right joystick and wasd for the movement and the game input would freeze when pressing between those settings.

Basically here's the TLDR:

Alan is a writer who got trapped in the "Dark Place" by the evil entity in that realm (called the Dark Presence). The Dark Presence can change reality through the power of art, so it takes artists to try to break in to the rest of the world.

Alan knows this and is trying to write himself out of the Dark Place, but he knows he can't just do "I escaped and lived happily ever after, the end!" so there's negatives too. He reaches out to people through his writing to try to get help escaping. Cue us ghost hunters!

Well you notice how in the trailer, the maps look different in the dark than they do in the light? That's also an aspect of the game, you fight the Dark Presence with light. So In addition to my manuscript theory, it's very obvious that light/dark will play some sort of factor in the event

You can reset in the game options under the game tab. It will reset everything. Not sure how much of the badges but it’ll reset levels, money, items, etc. it explains it in a warning before you say yes.

since it mimiced a deogen in it's first hunt but had the evidence of an onryo

first of all dont forget that some evidences can take some time to reveal themselves, like dots or freezing temps

so be patient and watch them either from the truck with a camera or stay in the room!

Identify your hiding spaces BEFORE any hunts happen, not after otherwise you're gonna be scrambling and mess up quite a lot. Make sure to have your electronic devices OFF while hiding and in game mic muted. Dont really play much with cursed items unless you're ready for the hell they can unleash afterward.

it's best to keep the ghost room dark and yourself in the next room over in the light most of the time. Ghosts are more active in the dark and cannot throw things in lit rooms.

Typically more hunts due to less sanity, more aggressive as far as having less grace period when they hunt and can even get higher speeds

Doing the secondary objectives and recording unique media helps you get more cash and exp

so be extra patient with temps, it usually takes me with tier 3 a few mins to even get low, also make sure breaker is on or temps are inaccurate

Sanity is affected a bit because the ghost uses the average sanity of the group iirc
