Its an issue with the game then, not your audio. Phas uses vivox which is notorious for having issues at this point

I hope they move to a different voice server soon, it gets pretty bad for some people

Reinstalling wont fix, its the voice servers phas uses. So you pretty much just have to hope its working for you when you join a match

What helped me was maintaining my sanity so that it didn’t hunt me, but I was still getting valuable time getting videos, photos, and learning about the ghost tells outside of evidence

Goryo DOTS can only be seen through a video cam and only when no one is in the room. Of those 3 it's usually the trickiest to identify by evidence.

It chooses a random target at the start of the game and only hunts based on that target's sanity (50% threshold). If the target is inside during a hunt, it will ignore everyone else completely (you can walk through the ghost). If the target is outside, it hunts like a normal ghost.

It is from the term 0 evidence, which means you cannot get evidence even if it is one of the forced evidences. The Mimic is the only one that has one fake evidence which is ghost orbs.

Please read it carefully. Zero evidence, no evidence, none are given to the player. which means the ghost won't give you any of the 7 evidences so you have to rely on its traits. As for Goryo, you can set up a bunch of motion sensors to monitor how far can it roam. Yes, it is one of the ghost that is hated because it is boring as heck in 0 evidence runs.
