It's unironically an amazing way to get accustomed to the ghost and stop being scared of it. It's a very controlled environment where you see the ghost coming a mile away and you can rapid fire repeat hunts one after another and practice looping all at the same time.

I would recommend joining someone else's group though so you don't go bankrupt replacing lost gear while you're still learning how to do it
