If the ghost/player turns off the breaker then when you turn the breaker back on every light will be on still if the breaker is overloaded then every light will be off when you turn the breaker back on.

• All ghosts can turn the breakers on except for the Hantu
• All ghosts can turn breakers off except for the Jinn (exception overloading the breaker with too many lights)
• All ghosts can turn lights on except for the Mare
• All ghosts can turn lights off
• All ghosts can fully close/open a door. The Yurei MUST do this they can not do a partial.
• All ghosts can change rooms except Goryo.
• All ghosts can roam.

There is just a checklist of things you need to get right for the three-candle blowout to work. Not bugged, but fairly easy to fuck up if you're not paying attention

• Ghost isn't near another lit flame (firelight, house candle, campfire, lighter)
• You smudge within 1m30s of the third blowout (which resets the count back to 0)
• You light a 4th fire source within 6 seconds of the third blowout (but before it attempts to hunt)
• You leave the house before it blows the third

The inconsistency in multiplayer is definitely a bug, but that doesn't mean Gallu switching states is bugged. The delay in switching from salt has been observed many times. It appears to be a 4-6 second delay
