On apocalypse 3 it can be extremely tedious, you only get 4 smudges and 2 crucifixes and unless its a deo you're not outrunning the ghost, its just rng that you get them while you can be safe after that you can do it just it'll be a struggle fest and you may get spawn killed

It seems the ghost room, although on the second floor being the large bathroom on Edgefield is still within range of the crucifix that we left in the van 😂😂haven't touched the cruci yet, it's still hanging of the van wall but it's burnt to a crisp😂😂😂😂 we were so confused as to why the ghost wasn't hunting 🤣

Yeah- it's gotta be pointing at it directly as the lights are flickering. There's no extra time you get to take it unlike a lot of the videos you can take. You can't take it during hunts anymore either.

Hey friends. I was wondering, if I used "mods" in a private multiplayer lobby with my friends to troll them, even though it's a private game so it can't affect people who wouldn't get a laugh out of it, and even though it wouldn't be used for an actual game advantage, I am assuming that would still be against the rules and even a bannable offense right? I am referring to stuff that would like, let me trigger a hunt after its been smudged to kill my friend or let me just spam events on him over and over again etc. I'm assuming anything that's even remotely similar to cheating via external software is banned altogether but just wanted to get clarification

Levels won't help you get better. Focus on learning the game. The more you know the smoother levels will be. Play the hardest difficulty you can do reliably. Avoid dying above all else. Once you hit lvl 50 Custom unlocks and you've got tons of options for grinding XP.

NM to Insanity is basically automatic: You're still collecting some evidence then using ghost knowledge to figure out from there. Insanity just has a larger pool of ghosts to figure out from.

You and up to 3 others enter a haunted location, locate the ghost room and use tools to identify the type of ghost with evidence those tools give you and fill objectives. When you know the ghost you mark it and leave. If you do the extra objectives you get extra cash.

Well, there could be plenty of good reasons that we are not privy to - I'm sure you've noticed we've not seen many bug patches recently. I think this is due to three things,

1. There haven't many huge bugs introduced in the last several major updates (by comparison to previous updates), and some of those have already been squashed,
2. Some of the bugs will be fixed by the time OTHER major updates come out (I'm looking at the player models being a big one)
3. Pushing for the Unity 6 upgrade update(s)

Could be. I do software development, but not game development, and there are plenty of trade-offs when it comes to prioritizing bug fixes. If it doesn't interfere with the major functionality and isn't a huge annoyance to a large customer base, then that is definitely getting de-prioritized. That's just business in general. I try to push my teams to for high-quality from the start with rigorous testing to avoid having to make such decisions.
