Focus on learning the game. The more you know the smoother levels will be. Play the hardest difficulty you can do reliably. Avoid dying above all else. Once you hit lvl 50 Custom unlocks and you've got tons of options for grinding XP.

Yeah, I get that. The point I'm really trying to get to is that XP doesn't really solve anything. Sure T3 gear is better than T1 gear, but it's your knowledge that makes you a good player. I'd play a 2ev custom, get solid in that, maybe drop it down to 1ev for a few games, then work on doing full 0ev games. After that you'll quickly start with 0 sanity and be able to do full 0/0 games. It's just practice to get good. At that point you can speedrun prestiges efficiently all day long if you want.

Hey I think I already know the answer to this but I've just been wondering, that British guy, when he makes a comment at the start like "looks like they left in a hurry" or "no recent sightings but be careful" do any of those lines give a hint or related to the game? I dont mean about what the ghost is but when he says "looks like they left in a hurry, it seems violent" does it mean the ghost is more active than usual than the more "no reportings recently" which are the quiter ghosts?

Wierd enough on text recoginnition mode the ghost seems to more reliably respond, but t1 thermo bouncing up and down just around 0 for 2 min is irritating
