I love Phasmophobia but I want to scream in frustration. Recycling old events from last year and not even setting up new trophies? Seriously, this is where we are at? Regurgitating old slop. And relying on the community to complete events just takes away from the overall personal experience.

Where is the incentive to play? What is the point?
I used to look forward to seasonal events because they were unique and cool to do. All my friends would get online, and we would solve the riddles or find hidden items like in the Easter 2023 and Halloween 2023 event (which was awesome). Or shoot snowmen in the Holiday 2023.

I understand that the dev team is busy with refurbishing old maps and making new ones, but this is lazy. It feels lazy and lacks heart.

I say all this from a place of love. I love Phas. I’ve bought copies for friends because of how much I love the game…
When I read the announcement for the Halloween 2025 event, every ounce of excitement in me died and my mouse hovered over the uninstall button.

The long range interaction of the twin will not set off the motion sensor because the ghost is not actually there and the sound sensors if you hear the two sounds go off in different rooms

the sound you're hearing inside the house is directly from the ghost, what they're saying is that the truck people can hear it because of the sound sensors

if you’re new to looping I would suggest practicing the basics: conserve sprint/incense, crouch to break LOS when possible, and keep exactly opposite the table from the ghost

eventually you’ll get much better at doing it it just takes time

the last media update proved useless, as the time taken to get the perfect investigation, you can run 2 without media and make more money/xp from it, the game isn't adding anything new to me to make me want to play it, the ghost events are always the same and obviously, the more you play/watch a game, the more used to it you become, but it just doesn't really have any reason to play currently other than to get your trophy. Hopefully whenever horror 2.0 eventually lands it will be worth the wait
