The Deo can be a bit tricky in multiplayer though... I just barely dodged it as it was shooting straight past me and then into one of the other players... she wasn't as fortunate, it ran straight into her at full speed... as it was probably targeting the guy behind both of us xD

I'm not sure if the target is chosen in real time though, the wiki only mentions the deogen on the deogen page (obviously xD), as well as the banshee (as the counter example)

you have to reset the load out if you had any lvl above what you have available. Then it will auto load. See the "!" in the circle?

Man, I just played Phasmo in VR on my Index again after having played it exclusively in desktop mode for the last couple of years, and... It actually sucks. It's so much worse than it used to be. Sure, the world doesn't distort and wobble (as much) as you look around anymore, but grabbing things is absolutely terrible. The radio and journal are constantly in the way, items get dropped randomly, you can't reach as far as desktop users can (meaning items will get stuck exclusively for you), and you can't throw things anymore. Grabbing onto doors is barely functional, you get stuck in furniture constantly, and accidentally lighting things with the lighter even more of a problem. Phasmo VR has gone from slightly janky, but still kind of fun, to a significantly degraded experience compared to both desktop mode and what VR mode used to be.

That's also not to mention the performance. Starting out, the game was super smooth, but after 2 hours in, it was a motion sickness-inducing slideshow on my 3950X 2080 Ti system.

Large maps: Within 30m of the initial ghost room
Medium maps: Within 20m of the initial ghost room
Small Maps: Within 10m of the initial ghost room
Goryo: Within 5m of the initial ghost room

Second part: have them spawn in specific locations within each room

It's simple, there's still some risk with getting it on higher difficulties, and it makes sense thematically

So I just found out Deos aren't going to appear for new players until 30. Are they the only level-locked ghost? And why are they locked?

Yes, just them. It's b/c when they were added, the devs thought that a ghost that always knows where you are would be confusing to new players who were just learning to hide properly.

Every level after 100 is lost so to get to far into the next 100 is just wasted when time better spent grabbing another prestigue card/loadout / etc and try A3 again at 80, spend 20 lvls get prestigue again.

Mine was okay. I only do professional. I did grafton today and two out of three were bugged. both took like over 5 minutes for the temperatures to drop and I had already waited a few minutes after opening the door so I was bummed about that. I'm sure it will be fine by tomorrow, it usually is. I need to remember to try to back out of the game and reload in and see if that fixes it next time
