came back to this game after a while. feels like they took a massive shit on it lol. they made so many changes to turn this game into a live service full time job its ridiculous. the amount of stuff yhou need to upgrade and buy, on top of only getting few hundreds dollars for all objectives (on professional) its crazy. i wish they never did the reset

personally i'm happy with the reset, keeps the game fun. before the reset i had a bug where i didn't lose money on buying stuff so with $100 i bought 200 of everything. the reset fixed that and just overall i love the upgrading part the game has now but i do understand what you mean tho. progress is pretty slow especially if you didn't play for while like me. but i like it tho

If you somehow run outta money, then you can just do some games to earn it back, the game has a learning curve for sure, but not that difficult to get evidence items in and complete objectives

There are some tweaks I do think they can make to the rewards, but if you're doing consistently well, you won't need to worry about the costs of items to unlock

well imo, overall reward system needs to be bumped up imo. not bothered to get into precise discussion as to how much but like i said like we played for 4 hours. some fails here, some successes there and we couldnt really upgrade anything or really buy that much stock

The only ghost that is affected by age is the thaye, at the start of the game it is "young" which makes it more active and faster during hunts, it ages as the game goes on and becomes less active, you can check the age of a thaye on a oujia board

For me the 2 scarriest ghosts are tha deo and phantom, deo sounds like a thaye when it's far away, you can only tell when it comes close or you hear it moving straight towards you. The phantom can teleport/roam towards the player (idk wich of the 2) and is barely visible during a hunt making it pretty hard to know where it is if you're not used to the sounds like i am

Crucifixes have a range (varies on the teir) if the cruci isnt in range of the ghost it doesn’t work. You can place it down like the book and you should see a glowing white circle which indicates the area it’ll protect

I am soooooo bored and now I'm thinking phasmo lore. So some lore predictions. Nell's diner is coming and we have lore about grafton and bleastade that the daughter went to bleastade and the ghost followed her and we dont know what the daughters name is. So what is the daughter's name is Nell and she owned the diner and a costumer died to food poisining or something like that and the ghost started to hunt her. She ran home but the ghost was following her and she was going insane and went to her grandparents and that's why the diner is a part of the lore update.

so the entire corridor is one room, which means the temp drops the same everywhere in it at the same time. It also cannot be a ghost room, so it's likely breath-cold from previous hunts.

That seems unusual for a Thaye, they tend to be quite active in my experience, when they're still young... (in my experience, usually hunting faster than even a demon if you start at 50- sanity xD)

It may have changed rooms, alternatively, it could be a stalking ghost that tends to walk (or teleport) to you occasionally... and it could also just be coincidence that you happened to find it while it was there

this is not enough evidence to be conclusive, but I'd guess wraith then... it may have teleported to you, causing an EMF signal, which happened to be EMF 5... and then talked in the box... before then walking away again
how many hunts did you have since then? I think twins might make sense, too... in that case it could be the ghost room, but you simply got the fast twin (which teleports somewhere before spawning for the hunt, basically pretending that it's a second ghost)
I should mention spirit, too, because then I'm sure I got it right on at least one attempt xD
