as for temps, unless you're playing on 'broken' maps, like the farmhouse or the open maps like the campsites, room temperature is 20-22', (it slowly builds up to that from outside temps if you start with the breaker off)
the ghost counts down from that 20-22', while in their ghost room, but will not exceed the ambient temperatures

so if you start with the breaker off, it can take a while before the ghost room drops below the ambient temps
