What I like to do is make a few trips from the van to the front door to haul all the gear I'm gonna need. Open the door on the first trip to let the ghost start cooling its room. This makes it easier to find by temps and get freezing faster.

Find hiding spots early so you know it's there if you need it. Keep the ghost room dark for more activity but spend most of your time a room away in the light to preserve your sanity.

I hear everything else just fine but the car alarm I never notice unless I actually see it blinking and the potato's hoh sound is extremly faint. So idk if it's a bug on my end.
