A lot of those advanced mechanics are on the cheat sheet too, usually marked with an icon. We just tend to avoid numbers/percentages unless we are absolutely certain. Plus DH and myself work on both the cheat sheet and wiki, so they should be pretty in sync, with the wiki being publicly editable and more detailed while the cheat sheet is privately owned and better for quick reference while playing (more compact and interactive).

Hello everyone! New here! Ive been playing for two weeks or so, level 37 (lost my progress and had to restart hence the small lvl). Ive gotten good at the basics of the game, I know every ability of basically every ghost and their hunting tells etc. The only thing I struggle with is looping. Ive been practicing with the dining table on tanglewood but every normal ghost with LOS catches up to me after like 15 secs or so (I always play on proffesional btw). Three questions

1. What is the best place to practice looping?
2. What is the correct looping method that allows one to loop any ghost?
3. What are the easiest looping spots to lookout for on different maps?
   Id be very grateful to get some tips to improve, love the game, one of my favs. Thanks!

I think the next update is going to be player cosmetics. Here's what I hope is part of that update:

• The ability to choose a patch for your shoulder (or multiple)
• retroactive cosmetics for past events
• all community goals concerning trophies replaced with cosmetics, trophies put on personal goals
• The ability to extend beyond player customisation, and customise your garage (For examples, see The Blackout Club's environment customisation system)

these answers are my opinion.

1. ridgeview table is very good for basic looping
2. this method is only possible on ridgeview, tap sprint before you turn the corner of the short side of the table (there are videos that can help explain in more detail)
3. every map has some sort of looping spots, examples are the kitchen islands, sofas and some tables

only use sprint in minimal amounts, make sure the ghost is always opposite you on the looping spot, when the ghost gains alot of los speed cut away and try break los.
Most looping spots are equal (other than willow couch and ridgeview table)

tanglewood kitchen with all the lights on is the way to learn looping first time. bring black salt, several candles, put on all the lights, and just give it a try. try to walk in a perfect rectangle

woodwind is also really good because you can see through the tables and mentally prep as the ghost is running in but it wont teach you to crouch & loop because the ghosts see thru the tables there

Sprinting on the long ends of an object can help I suppose

the key poitns are to understand how line of sight works, and to try to break it around each corner. also you should be doing most of your kiting depending on what you HEAR not what you see. you can hear where hte ghost is easier than seeing it

if you are real good you can tap it constantly. i find it real easy to overshoot the corner if i tap on the short edges

then you are hosed and thats not a looping spot that I choose.

im not super great at looping but the kitchen islands and stuff that you can break LoS are the ones I am able tod o

i see people on youtube kiting revenants around a small coffee table. theres a lot more tech to looping that i'm unaware of, and its out there if you want to learn

-Factory reset the deck
-Completely reinstall the game

• change my d/l location to a different time zone

one thing I like to do is haul the gear I know I'm gonna need before I go in, and open the front door the first trip. This spawns the ghost and allows it to start cooling its room, so it's easier to find, and faster to get freezing temps

Yokai test is either really inconsistent or buggy istg. I was in Sunny Meadows (Hospital Wing) and had Headlights on while talking for several seconds. He was in the first small room right next to me (in the second small room). The ghost didn't react at all. Guess what? It was a Yurei.
I've been playing this game a while now and it happened so often. Any tips what i'm doing wrong?

The width of 2 rooms right next to each other is definitely less than 9m ( default hearing range )

Alright, now do you know where your friend/friends were? If the ghost has current line of sight with another player then they will prioritize that player. If it heard one of your friends equipment it may have just locked onto them first, and almost ignored you

It's also just a low chance. So you're looking at 10 games on average to get it. But even after 15 games, there's still over a 20% chance you won't get one. Just gotta keep trying and hope you get lucky.
