Banshee scream now has a bunch of variations.
All ghosts can do a "big slam" on doors now, but that's not the Yurei ability. The ability can rumble or not but looks the same, minus the double-touch sound. Examples:

Hey so I looked it up and supposedly the ghost isn't supposed to be able to track the sound recorder during a hunt if you're in a hiding spot. But every time I've tried to record hunting sounds during a hunt it has killed me. Anyone know if that is how it's intended or am I just super unlucky?

Jeez, I think I just had my first Moroi of the patch, and trying o get sound recordings is crazy. It cursed me 9 times lol. I only got one successful recording of a paranormal sound and 3 spirit box responses too, so something else was going on. I think it was cursing me any time I was holdin record while a paranormal sound was playing, even if I wasn' close enough to actually complete the recording. It actually suprise burned a crucifix next to me, which is not a very common occurance for me.

A moroi can only curse 1 player 1 time when they get a spirit box response, a sound recording or paramic noise unless they use sanity meds to remove the curse in which case they can get cursed again

I did use sanity meds once, as a sound recording was the first thing I got in the game, but it recursed me when I had not done anything that should have applied the curse. Also, the 9 times comes from the Abilities Used. It did apply 3 fresh curses to me though, since I used two sanity medication.

1. Never use the preset, make a custom difficulty with 1 evidence, 100 ghost speed, 100 starting sanity and the sanity monitor, make sure you have 6x multiplier or more. You should also have the T3 paramic unlocked
2. Keep restarting until you get objectives you think you can do
3. Find the ghost room and get the 1 evidence
4. Get the ghost photo during an event, not hunt
5. Once you have everything you think you need, drop your sanity in the dark and test for early hunters
6. When it's hunting, use T3 paramic to check speed
7. If it's normal speed, you'll have to do ability tests, there's a lot of things on this server that can help with that
