Cause the game didnt release until later in 2020. There was a lot of things that was in the game before the game released including dirty water.
Also all evidence spawned in when you loaded the level. The ghost didnt do the evidence back then.

Gotta make sure you actually record a ghost noise. Easiest one to test on is candle blow outs, just bring a candle to the ghost room and keep sound recorder ready

It blinds the ghost for a set amount of time. The t1 blinds it, can’t kill you, and it walks away, t2 slows it and lasts longer, t3 stops it for the same time as t2

All evidence except for orbs can be found outside the ghosts room as it wanders. Until the ghost changes rooms officially then the orbs will move

Yo does anyone know why I got 2 achievements for the Apocalypse challenge? I only did the silver apocalypse challenge and it not only gave me the silver hunter achievement but it also gave the gold hunter achievement with the banner but I haven't done the gold one yet and in game it doesn't show I completed it... is this a common bug?

I also just realized I got the badge and ID for both of them but don't have the bronze one I completed

I guess ill take it really disappointed since I wanted to get the achievement when I actually complete the gold hunter challenge but I'll still do it either way.
