get T2 or T3, place it with F or hold it

setup motion sensors and put the dots in an area where the ghost likes to wander

you might need to leave the room or be patient, it does the same thing even at T3, try checking in the video cam for dots you can only see in the cam

you also need to keep cycling your evidence through the list until you narrow it down, try to notice the other characteristics and see if you can find indicators of which EV it might be, does it touch a door in another room, is it actually wandering then check with a motion sensor, if you tunnel vision youll lose too much sanity and be hunted
