I knew mimics could do that, I've watched a lot of videos and read the forums on this game. I thought I checked the temps and spirit box but guess I either forgot or got unlucky.

A tip for you. The ghost has a favourite room, and it's usually much colder than the other rooms (if the breaker is on). That's the best place to try and get evidence.

The first time I tried to do the weekly challenge, I tried to be cheeky by choosing Tanglewood instead of Bleasdale.
It turns out, that does not work. You get the items and the difficulty of the challenge, but it doesn't count towards the three wins.
Although hilariously professional with all those items may be easier than amateur with basic items so it was still worth my time 😆 .

Does anyone have this weird issue where the games audio is offset and only coming from one direction of your player model? I don't know how to explain it but I'm pretty sure my headphones are fine, I can hear my friends in the entrance of tangle wood drive while I'm in the basement and they sound like they're super close to me on my left, but if I look away from the audio they sound distant as if an orb is just rotating around me

Am I the only one who finds some of the difficulty settings that lead to reward multipliers funny when you think about it? Yeah for the sake of gameplay it makes sense that anything that increases the challenge should also increase the reward, but imagine our investigators in-universe explaining the bill. The ghost also made our pills fully useless to combat its sanity effects. It also broke our monitors we use from the truck upon getting here and setting up. Your ghost just has strong presence making oxygen basically impossible so like we were hella slowed down and couldnt move too fast or we would pass out.
And ontop of all that
It was a fast ghost. But it wouldnt give us any clues and we had to base it all on other things.

for the most part the media isn't bad, we've been assigning one type of media per person while the extra just handles the ghost, go for the cookie cutter media like cruci burn, emf, firelight, ghost photos, and hope to god you're on the ball when the ghost does an airball event

If you play solo: yes. But if you play duo it actually takes ~5 min to make a perfect investigation even without cursed items. Of course if everyone knows what to do. So after update everyone in lobby has something to do. Before the update only host played. Other players just had nothing to do. So this update made non-solo games much more interesting.

Make it an equipment. When placed in the world or in the van, you can just pick up other items and put them in the backpack like how you can put the camera on a tripod. Then when you go inside you can take the backpack off and then pull the items out.

Sanity drains slower in single player mode though to make up for the fact that you need to make so many trips to and from the van. And you get to hog all the sanity medication to yourself too. So even though you need to make a lot of trips, you'll have a lot of time to make all those trips. Unless the ghost is a demon I guess.
