thing is taking 9 salts is like what, 20s? so once you know the ghost getting perfect is just getting the bone & you are out within 5-10mins tops. getting photos & stuff is going to make 1 map 10-20mins at least. not to mention there will be plenty of cases where you just need that 1 last thing & the ghost is like nah-uh.

I found practicing on tanglewood around the kitchen island to be a good starter. Just carry an incense but try not to use it as you get used to it. Be conservative with sprint and be careful of it turning around if your doing the crouch method because it likely won't have LOS and may double back on you.

1. Stay crouched to break LoS, so ghost doesn't speed up too much
2. Use Sprint only a little bit at a time so you don't run out,
3. Keep your eyes on the ghost in case it doubles back.
4. Be aware of the trashcan so you don't get caught up on it.

was gonna say, literally like 80% of games, we end up with a choice of freezing or dots for the final evidence and it takes us sometimes over 30m for one to show. can literally walk around with a thermo and get nothing less than 7 degrees for 20 mins straight and itll then tell you afterwards it was freezing

Ghost goes into Dots form at random even with no dots projector. It then just is visible with the dots projector

Just remember. If player is in same room as ghost when it goes into dots form, it will attempt to roam to that player. Use this knowledge to advantage

And thayes age if you arent in the room, but you needa be in the building. It does age slower if you arent in the room tho

Someone did the CWW glitch tent thing. I was just chunking a bunny around while dead (look I was in my menu while it hunted)... and somehow the bunny attracted the ghost directly to me and away from the people in the tent. twice.

I've been in lobbies with people who got cheats and I've been told the bone sometimes spawns INSIDE the wall on willow or under the porch on ridgeview, just infinitely falling and re-spawning
Can't verify if it's accurate but if its true, you're never finding those 😭

Have you try using voice toggle, as in press v to mute yourself whenever you're hiding & unmute yourself when hunt is over. I find that even when you're quiet, sometimes your mic just pick up inaudible random noise spike & attract the ghost

Like I know it adds to the experience, but man I don't live in a silent home or room, never have even when I had my own home nearly out of town. Did you smudge it while standing near/inside the hiding spot? The ghost has some percentage to remember your last known location before being smudged and go investigate around it after smudge time is over. So I often try to stand 3-4m away from hiding spot before smudging. And the ghost can sometimes remember your last known location from the last hunt as well. So if it saw you in there the previous hunt (just before it ended), try hiding in a different spot the 2nd hunt or be prepared. That's all I can think of

It can also wander out during an event and hunt from where it evented
