I think this ghost is either a Banshee or an Oni. None of the ghost events were of the air ball variety, which leads me to believe that it is an Oni. But it could also be a Banshee since both ghosts can sap your sanity fore more than the normal amount.

Goryo is a ghost that becomes way meaner on 0ev, but you don't have to worry about that for a while. I'd just keep trying to get familiar with listening to speeds and get a feel for how hiding works
